Ladies Night at Altrincham FC
Locally based venue dressers Woodyatt Warner were once again supplying the decorations at Altrincham FC for their “Ladies Night” with a Cocktail master class and entertainment.
Transforming the Sports Hall is something we do on a regular basis for all manor of events, from weddings, School Proms, Awards Ceremonies, Birthday Parties and much more. As you can see from the before and after pictures I think you will agree the change is stunning.
To create that perfect setting we have a wide array of equipment available to decorate the Hall to any taste and budget. For this particular event we used our intelligent lighting systems to create an atmospheric glow around the room in a purple colour, then covered the ceiling in over 300m of fairy lights for the starry night sky look.
To add that extra touch of lighting, we installed our star cloth twinkling wall drapes to really glam up the area.
Events such as these require some inspiration to ensure the guests have the best time possible, and every little detail is considered, from covering the chairs, using coloured table linen to move away from the “wedding look”, and bringing in centrepieces that work with the theme.
With the theme being a “Cocktail Master class”, we used a variety of extremely large cocktail glasses and filled them with different coloured water dye so as to create “Cosmopolitans”, “Manhattan’s”, “Blue Hawaii” and a “Singapore Sling”.
