Yesterday we brought you two beautiful Wedding Venues of Distinction in Cheshire, with Nunsmere Hall and Gawsworth Hall, both situated in the stunning Cheshire countryside. Today, having worked with both venues, we bring you the second part of our selection.

Rising majestically above the beautiful Cheshire landscape, Peckforton Castle’s enchanting medieval style beauty and stunning location make it a truly remarkable and desirable venue for weddings. Originally the impressive home of Lord Tollemache and built in the early 19th Century, this Grade I listed building is the only intact medieval style Castle in England. The castle is well renowned by celebrities and movie stars as the perfect setting for the shooting of great films and TV programmes such as Robin Hood and Dr Who.

Where else can you have a falconry show with owls swooping down to deliver the rings at the ceremony in the Great Hall?

With 48 enchanting and individual bedrooms including Suites, Four Posters and Deluxe rooms, this venue is not to be missed.
