Weddings at Arley Hall

Situated in Northwich, Cheshire, Arley Hall is one of the most picturesque stately homes in the North West. With elaborate ceilings & oak panelling, impressive fireplaces and intricate stained glass windows, all the features of this wedding venue make Arley Hall so special.

The Hall stands on the same site as the first house that was built by the Egerton family in 1469, and is situated at the very heart of the Estate overlooking the famous Gardens and beautifully landscaped parkland. The gardens are amongst the finest in Europe and have been created and maintained over the last 250 years by successive generations of the family. Absolutely perfect for those all so important wedding photos.

Whatever the season, Arley Hall provides a magical setting for your wedding. With full exclusivity they can ensure a special intimacy for you and your guests. In the summer months, why not take advantage of having your ceremony in The Alcove, which sits at the end of the lovely double herbaceous border. It is licensed for civil ceremonies and creates the perfect backdrop for your outdoor wedding. Should the weather prove otherwise, the ceremony can then take place inside Arley Hall. You can decide on the day.

There are numerous suppliers on hand to help guide you through your wedding day including catering companies, florists and venue dressing by Woodyatt Warner who were recently voted runner-up for wedding company of the year by “The National Wedding Industry Awards 2012”.

If that’s not enough, then why no try a day of clay pigeon shooting in the stunning grounds of Arley Hall & Gardens. Spend a couple of hours clay pigeon shooting with qualified instructors  with all equipment provided, including 500 clays and cartridges plus a 2 course lunch in the Tudor Barn Restaurant.  If you do have your own shotgun, as long as it is in sound condition and is either a 12 or 20 gauge as they normally only use 12 or  20 g fibre subsonic cartridges.
If this floats your boat, the day will cost £720 +VAT for a party of 6, and full insurance is provided.

If this is not your thing, then why not try some archery and crossbow sessions? They are also available at £600 +VAT for a party of 6, again with full insurance provided.
