Wedding Planning
After planning a very special Brazilian style wedding for Luciana And Michael at the stunning Nunsmere Hall in the heart of the Cheshire countryside, Woodyatt Warner were mentioned in “Brides Up North” for our work. As award-winning wedding planners, we were chosen by Luciana and Michael from recommendations by wedding blogs, Nunsmere Hall and previous Brides.
Everything from organising the flowers, venue dressing, videographer, string quartet, DJ, 32 piece Samba Band, sky lanterns and all the extra little touches came as part of our planning expertise. Add to this, flying 50 of the Brides family and friends over from Rio De Janeiro, accommodating them all and arranging transport to and from the airport and wedding venue, you will be able to understand the depths to which our knowledge of the industry comes into its own.
Luciana had seven bridesmaids on her wedding day, all of which had different colour dresses as this is a tradition in Brazil and Luciana wanted to incorporate some themes from home. We also found an old Brazilian recipe for Caipirinha’s (Brazilian cocktails) which we had displayed on a Victorian Cart as an alternative to the champagne.
Ensuring timings on the day are a must so everything runs smoothly. We even went as far as to check the time of the sunset so as to have the Samba Band playing their second set whilst setting off the sky lanterns just as the sun was disappearing so as to provide some stunning photo opportunities.
