Cheshire Wedding Venues of Distinction
We have reached our final selection of quite possibly the most stunning wedding venues in Cheshire. Todays picks provide grandeur and picturesque historical beauty. Woodyatt Warner have a connection with all the entries over the last few days having provided either a service to the venue or to the happy couple that have celebrated their special day there.
Tabley House
Tabley House was designed by John Carr of York for Sir Peter Byrne Leicester, and completed in 1769. The building is a Grade 1 listed mansion set in the beautiful parklands of Knutsford in Cheshire. The elegantly crafted rooms that overlook the lake are reached via a spectacular double twisting staircase to the front of the building. The marriage takes place in the Great Gallery with its magnificant pictures, furniture and flamboyance for an occasion not to be missed.

Little Moreton Hall
If you are looking for a wedding venue with that unique character and historical charm, then Little Moreton Hall may just be the jewel in the crown. Little Moreton Hall is a moated 15th and 16th century half timbered tudor manor house located near Congleton in Cheshire. So picturesque is the house and gardens that it has been described as “a ginger bread house lifted straight from a fairy story“.
Gaze at the amazing crooked architecture created by the weight of the upper floors. Cross the moat and marvel at the beautiful cobbled courtyard before you enter a Hall full of surprises. The skill of the craftsmen will have you fascinated as you climb the stairs to the Long Gallery where your wedding will take place.
