Found in 1784 by Samuel Greg, Quarry Bank Mill became the heart of the cotton empire. The Mill still has the working machinery used over 200 years ago and guided tours are extremely popular. Seeing how life was in the late 1700’s is a long way from where we are now, and you get to feel the hardships involved in working under huge strain and noise.
A regular filming location for period drama’s, Quarry Bank Mill is a stunning venue to tie the knot. With extensive grounds and exclusivity of the entire venue after 4pm, you will find this is a gem. You will also get the very best in Great British produce served to you by a dedicated team of event professionals.
Both the Grant and Alexander Suites are available for your big day so you can enjoy your ceremony and wedding breakfast in two separate areas. With a seating capacity of around 120 for a sit down meal, this is an ideal venue to relax and enjoy your big day.
