Bowdon Rugby Club Weddings
Located on the outskirts of Altrincham is Bowdon Rugby Club’s fantastic marquee room. An impressive and inexpensive venue ideal for any wedding. As one of Cheshire’s leading wedding venue dressers, Woodyatt Warner were hired by Hayley and Chris to dress the marquee in the style they wanted.
From the pictures below you can see how the transformation came about from the plain marquee to completely dressed ready for the arrival of the Bride and Groom.
With a touch of the silver Winter Wonderland theme, mixed with purple colours in the chair sashes and lighting, the marquee was transformed from a blank canvas into a beautiful setting for the wedding reception. The top table was covered in a silver sequin cloth to add some sparkle, and the table itself was decorated with a huge amount of candles and floral décor for that extra bit of glam.
We installed a white LED dance floor for the evening reception and brought in giant 5ft LOVE letters that really caught the attention upon entering. The doorway into the marquee was dressed for a real VIP entrance with a red carpet and roped railings, complete with flame machines. This gave the feeling of a real A-list celebrity style wedding.
