Quarry Bank Mill Events
Now in the festive season, Woodyatt Warner venue dressers are working on more and more Christmas Events throughout December. The latest Christmas event was for Prism Marketing and took place at Quarry Bank Mill in Styal.
The event was to be held in both the Grant and Alexander Suites at the venue, with a huge amount of preparation needed to deliver and install all the décor. To create the atmosphere needed to impress the 140 guests attending, we were tasked to transform both rooms ready for the evening festivities.
Having worked at Quarry Bank Mill on numerous occasions, we have an excellent relationship with the staff at the venue, and know the style of the rooms, so can provide ideas and suggestions as to what works and what doesn’t. Incorporating star cloth wall drapes, lighting effects and a range of centrepieces can completely change the overall look, as can be seen from the before and after pictures.
The Grant Suite was used for arrival drinks and a break out area where guests can mingle and take in the surroundings before moving upstairs into the Alexander Suite, where the main evening events would be taking place. With a 3 course meal of locally sourced produce cooked by talented chefs, a silent auction, music throughout the night from a live band, and a twinkling LED dance floor to dance the night away on, the event was a huge success.
Many other festive events are just around the corner as we lead up to the New Year, and our corporate clients are coming back to us year after year to do something even more amazing than the previous year.
