Weddings at Man City Football Ground
After seeing our previous work, Woodyatt Warner were asked to create a spectacular setting at the Etihad Stadium, Manchester for the wedding of Samantha and Laurence on the 20th July 2013. Our venue dressing was done in the 1984 Lounge for the wedding ceremony, followed by a full room dressing in the Legends Lounge for the wedding breakfast and evening reception.
Samantha chose a purple and pink colour scheme to which we added some bling with the diamante buckles on the chair sashes. By covering the solid pillars in the Legends lounge, we softened the look of the room whilst adding the wedding columns from the ceremony and using up lights to project a purple colour through the satin backdrop we placed behind the top table.
The huge flower centrepieces made a huge impression on the room and brought an amazing effect to the room, combining colours with the chair sashes, napkins and lighting. Add a white starlit dance floor for the evening reception and you have a wedding venue fit for celebrities.
